Requirements
- Deep expertise in SDLC setup and optimization
- Advanced IT project management and Delivery Management
- Strong grasp of various project frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Ability to track, measure, and improve the TTM metric
- Deep understanding of the product approach and product creation/development lifecycles
- Knowledge of product analytics
- Ability to manage and prioritize a business backlog from an engineering perspective
- Strong architectural understanding (distributed architecture, microservices, event driven, syn/async, k8s, CI/CD)
- Strong software development background
- Fluent Russian
Responsibilities
- Audit the current software development lifecycle (SDLC) to identify and eliminate bottlenecks
- Design and implement engineering and project frameworks to reduce delivery cycles
- Ensure predictable and transparent feature delivery without compromising quality
- Act as the primary technical partner for the product organization
- Take ownership of the business backlog from a technical execution standpoint
- Introduce and enforce effective IT project management frameworks
- Establish a single source of truth for delivery status, risks, and timelines
- Synchronize efforts across engineering, product, and design teams
- Validate product requirements against technical feasibility
- Present technical strategies, progress, and risks clearly to C-level executives
