- Track record of senior-level ownership and delivery.
- Strong full stack proficiency.
- Experience architecting and delivering complex, distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, serverless, containers).
- Ability to lead large, ambiguous projects end-to-end.
- Experience mentoring engineers.
- Strong communication skills for RFCs and design reviews.
- Familiarity with secure SDLC practices, threat modeling, and DevSecOps.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, well-tested code with strong velocity.
- Identify and mitigate risks and estimate project timelines.
- Review and optimize system performance.
- Make significant design contributions and lead design reviews.
- Drive team-wide alignment and communicate with cross-functional partners.
- Coach and mentor engineers with structured development goals.
- Lead end-to-end projects from planning through production.
- Manage incident response and postmortems.
- Leverage AI tools for prototyping, scaffolding, and testing.
