Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the security industry or a similar industry.
- Sales experience in the Greece region.
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems).
- Proven track record in the entire sales process (identifying opportunities, proposals, presentations, negotiating, closing).
- Experience developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics.
- Conversational English.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in the area.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and coordinate meetings with potential partners.
- Strategize, plan, and deliver compelling presentations to engage business partners.
- Foster strong relationships with dealers and alarm receiving centers.
- Conduct comprehensive product and commercial education sessions.
- Advocate for the inclusion of Ajax Systems products in system specifications.
- Collaborate closely with branded product distribution partners.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of market strategies.
- Assist in the development of targeted strategies for vertical markets.
- Actively participate in marketing events and exhibitions.
