Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the security industry or a similar industry.
  • Sales experience in the Greece region.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems).
  • Proven track record in the entire sales process (identifying opportunities, proposals, presentations, negotiating, closing).
  • Experience developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics.
  • Conversational English.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in the area.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and coordinate meetings with potential partners.
  • Strategize, plan, and deliver compelling presentations to engage business partners.
  • Foster strong relationships with dealers and alarm receiving centers.
  • Conduct comprehensive product and commercial education sessions.
  • Advocate for the inclusion of Ajax Systems products in system specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with branded product distribution partners.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of market strategies.
  • Assist in the development of targeted strategies for vertical markets.
  • Actively participate in marketing events and exhibitions.
