Requirements
- Experience building and managing product roadmaps and strategic planning processes.
- Strong prioritization skills with the ability to clearly explain trade-offs and business impact.
- Experience working with product hypotheses, experiments, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
- Understanding of product unit economics, key metrics, and digital marketing principles.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools, dashboards, and performance monitoring.
- Experience designing, launching, and evaluating experiments.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or internal tools.
- Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, web analytics, and tracking systems.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey optimization.
- Strong Russian and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Own product roadmap planning, prioritization, and strategic initiatives for the direction.
- Define goals, KPIs, hypotheses, and experiment strategies based on business impact and data insights.
- Coordinate experiment launches, analyze results, and drive rollout decisions.
- Monitor product metrics, landing performance, and optimization opportunities.
- Work closely with product teams, developers, designers, and analysts on product improvements and technical solutions.
- Research and introduce new tools, technologies, and optimization approaches.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and align priorities across stakeholders.
- Present product results, metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Improve team processes, product culture, and execution quality.
- Build reliable operational processes that consistently deliver measurable results.
