Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or related roles within fast-paced startup environments.
  • Strong interest and practical understanding of modern LLM systems, AI agents, and workflow automation technologies.
  • Experience leading complex, scalable product initiatives from concept through production deployment.
  • Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs related to system architecture, API integrations, latency, cost optimization, and model performance.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis to independently validate hypotheses and support decision-making.
  • Proven track record of translating strategic ideas into high-impact, production-grade products.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Passion for AI innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning in emerging technologies.
  • Experience working with AI-driven platforms, customer automation systems, or conversational AI products is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for AI-powered platforms, agents, and customer experience solutions.
  • Define product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and oversee rollout strategies for AI-driven automation systems.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to design prompt strategies, evaluation methods, AI guardrails, and platform standards.
  • Balance latency, performance, cost efficiency, and answer quality across AI workflows and customer-facing experiences.
  • Act as a technical bridge between engineering and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement of automation rates, customer satisfaction, and response quality through experimentation and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with external AI technology partners to evaluate and deploy advanced language models, voice technologies, and workflow automation capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable AI infrastructure and operational best practices.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and implement data-informed enhancements.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, operations, and customer experience teams.
