Requirements
- 3–5+ years of quota-carrying experience in an Account Executive role, ideally within SMB, enterprise, or strategic account environments.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex, consultative B2B sales cycles.
- Strong experience managing multi-stakeholder deals, typically in the $25K–$75K+ ACV range.
- Experience selling SaaS, eLearning, LMS, compliance, or similar enterprise software solutions is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to self-source pipeline and build business within named accounts.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Ability to ramp quickly and deliver early revenue impact in a remote, self-directed setting.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing new business within assigned enterprise SMB accounts.
- Build and execute a strategic territory and account plan to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry relationships.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across multiple functions, delivering tailored, consultative sales presentations aligned to client needs.
- Manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles involving procurement processes, compliance considerations, and contract negotiations.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and quota targets.
- Develop and maintain strong pipeline discipline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely progression of opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to refine sales strategy and accelerate deal velocity.
