Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical support, DevOps, system administration, or similar
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems in production
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and shell scripting
- Understanding of IAM concepts, authentication protocols, and APIs
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and TLS/SSL
- Strong system-level debugging techniques
- Analytical and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve complex technical support cases related to SaaS identity security platforms
- Build and maintain test environments using Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and related tooling
- Perform deep system analysis including log review and root cause identification
- Support customers in implementing secure configurations across IAM, cloud, and DevOps environments
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate issues and validate fixes
- Develop internal documentation and knowledge base content
