Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret Java, React, Groovy, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Cloud-based software application installation, administration, and troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to analyze error logs for Java, Windows, and Linux.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to empathize with customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex customer issues through virtual meetings, chat, and email.
- Resolve technical issues related to product configuration and networking.
- Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- Participate in on-call rotation responsibilities.
- Set priorities and manage customer expectations regarding issue resolution.
