Responsibilities
- Own delivery end to end for the Account Experience surface.
- Lead, coach, and grow the engineers on your team.
- Review design decisions and contribute to architecture discussions.
- Partner with Product to shape a realistic roadmap.
- Drive operational excellence across systems handling real payment volume.
- Help shape how Primer Companion matures as a merchant interface.
- Hire and build a strong team.
