Requirements

  • 2-5 years of HR operations experience (SSC experience desirable).
  • Detailed knowledge of HR Procedures and policies.
  • Experience working within a Shared Services.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Literacy with MS Office.
  • Proactive 'test-and-learn' mindset.
  • Demonstrated AI literacy with ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows.
  • Resourceful problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in an international team.

Responsibilities

  • Support key employee life cycle processes such as onboarding of new professionals, professionals' data management, absence managements, visa renewals, transfers, offboarding of professionals.
  • Preparing HR documentation, i.e. employment contracts, employment contract amendments, HR policies, benefits enrollment documentation, payroll enrollment documentation, country-specific onboarding guides, employment certificates, certification of termination.
  • Organize and maintain employee records via proprietary platform.
  • Benefits administration on behalf of customers & professionals.
  • Provide payroll data to support payroll administration.
  • Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes and assist in maintaining SOPs.
  • Communicate effectively with professionals and customers to resolve queries.
  • Ensure service excellence by following SLAs and SOPs.
  • First point of contact for professionals & customers during onboarding and offboarding.
