Requirements

  • Proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Strong administration background.
  • Literacy with MS Office.
  • Shared Services experience supporting Americas region.
  • 2+ years of experience working within an HR Shared Services Center, Global Business Services, or centralized call center.
  • Experience coordinating with third-party vendors for background checks, payroll, or health insurance.
  • High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support key employee life cycle processes.
  • Organize and maintain employee records via proprietary platform.
  • Process forms for new hire, change of status, benefits, and terminations.
  • Carry out audits and checks on data changes for accurate payment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Communicate with professionals and customers to resolve queries.
  • Liaise with partners/vendors including insurance and pension providers.
