Requirements
- 2-4 years of HR operations experience.
- Proficient in written and verbal English.
- Strong administration background.
- Literacy with MS Office.
- Shared Services experience supporting Americas region.
- 2+ years of experience working within an HR Shared Services Center, Global Business Services, or centralized call center.
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors for background checks, payroll, or health insurance.
- High attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Support key employee life cycle processes.
- Organize and maintain employee records via proprietary platform.
- Process forms for new hire, change of status, benefits, and terminations.
- Carry out audits and checks on data changes for accurate payment.
- Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Maintain standard operating procedures and policies.
- Communicate with professionals and customers to resolve queries.
- Liaise with partners/vendors including insurance and pension providers.
