Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or operations roles preferred
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to follow structured processes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for internal teams, clients, and candidates, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries
  • Monitor, manage, and resolve support tickets through Zendesk or similar platforms
  • Support exam administration processes, including application handling, issue resolution, and operational follow-ups
  • Collaborate with Finance, Client Services, Account Management, and Test Delivery teams to ensure smooth workflow execution
  • Generate and maintain operational and performance reports
  • Contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
