Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or operations roles preferred
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to follow structured processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Serve as a first point of contact for internal teams, clients, and candidates, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries
- Monitor, manage, and resolve support tickets through Zendesk or similar platforms
- Support exam administration processes, including application handling, issue resolution, and operational follow-ups
- Collaborate with Finance, Client Services, Account Management, and Test Delivery teams to ensure smooth workflow execution
- Generate and maintain operational and performance reports
- Contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives
- Assist with additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
