Experience: 10+ years

Requirements

Minimum of 10+ years of experience within a mainframe environment within a large enterprise
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Knowledge and understanding of z/OS installation and maintenance including SMP/E
Advanced knowledge of TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JCL
Advanced knowledge of Unix System Services (USS) file system management and security
Experience installing software within Unix System Services (USS)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well as a team member
Customer Service skills at management level

Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of Mainframe Systems Infrastructure software
Incident and problem resolution
Configuration and customization of systems
Setup of system parameters
Communication with vendors
Participation and contribution to technical projects
Monitoring and tuning of systems software
