Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5-7 years in construction, equipment maintenance, project management, or related field
- Efficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Sound understanding of project controls, project risk management tools, and industrial equipment/processes
- B.S. Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Completion of OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training (or equivalent)
- NCCCO Rigger Level II certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 180 days)
- GC License, CMRP, PMP
Responsibilities
- Estimate and prepare proposals for all projects within the assigned area.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the Sales team.
- Directly supervise the Team Leaders assigned to the Service Manager's area.
- Manage personnel to ensure all projects are adequately manned and contractual obligations are met.
- Assist with the hiring of hourly workers in the designated area of responsibility.
- Maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide project status updates to the MS Area Manager.
- Lead issue resolution at the project level.
- Work with the Area Planner/Scheduler to ensure adequate staffing, tooling, and equipment.
- Complete all commercial, operational, and company reporting requirements.
