Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience creating and executing demand generation programs
- Experience in education technology or publishing
- Proven success driving measurable pipeline growth through digital and multi-channel campaigns
- Expertise in inbound and outbound marketing tactics: social media, search, digital advertising, email, webinars, and content marketing
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and marketing automation systems (Eloqua preferred)
- Methodical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, self-starter mindset
Responsibilities
- Drive Regional Demand Generation: Lead the design and execution of integrated marketing programs that generate awareness, demand, and qualified pipeline within assigned regions and priority states.
- Accelerate Tier 1 State Growth: Develop and manage Supplemental Acquisition, Accelerated Demand, and Conversion Programs tailored for approximately 15 Tier 1 states.
- Build Scalable Digital Programs: Create scalable, digital-first campaigns that expand regional awareness and lead generation.
- Execute Regional Campaigns: Develop initiatives such as geo-targeted digital advertising, state-specific content syndication, and digital acquisition/re-engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Regional Field Marketing, Content marketing, field sales, and product marketing teams.
- Funnel Optimization: Drive qualified contacts through the revenue funnel toward MQL/A/SQL status.
- Reporting and Insights: Monitor campaign performance, pipeline contribution, track ROI, and inform strategy.
- Budget and Planning: Manage demand generation budget and contribute to quarterly and annual planning processes.
- Project Management: Ensure timely delivery and execution across multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
