- 10+ years experience working in IT Industry
- 2+ years minimum experience working at a managed IT services provider (MSP)
- Experience managing, configuring and deploying Microsoft Windows Server 2016+
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2016+ and Microsoft Hyper-V 2008+
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, and Azure
- Experience with VMware vSphere 7.0+
- Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, and Juniper networking gear
- Experience with backup software including Veeam and Datto
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform remote and on-site tech support of hardware, software and network issues for various clients
- Design and implement network and server solutions to fulfill clients' business requirements
- Proactively monitor ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of client tech support issues
- Keep customers informed of incident progress
- Follow change management procedure for all changes to client environments
- Serve as an escalation point for L1 and L2 technicians
- Work with project leads and managers to ensure deployment success
- Professionally document all work performed and submit accurate timesheets
