Responsibilities
- Pull reports from Amazon, Shopify, and other platforms.
- Maintain Excel tracking sheets for product listing performance, reviews, and star ratings.
- Compile ad hoc reports as needed.
- Audit retailer returns and reconcile pricing discrepancies.
- Manage retailer portal accounts for setting up new items and promotions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via Gorgias (website chat and email support) and Amazon.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with supplement industry guidelines.
- Document customer interactions and health-related inquiries.
- Utilize pre-built AI response templates and auto-responses.
- Provide general administrative support across marketing, operations, and sales departments.
