  • Manage retailer portal accounts for setting up new items and promotions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via Gorgias (website chat and email support) and Amazon.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with supplement industry guidelines.
  • Document customer interactions and health-related inquiries.
  • Utilize pre-built AI response templates and auto-responses.
  • Provide general administrative support across marketing, operations, and sales departments.
