Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in operations, finance operations, or business administration.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Notion.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience managing remote teams or cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to close tasks independently.
- Systems thinking and ability to manage multiple workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekly payroll cycles across multiple clients.
- Validate financial data and ensure zero payroll errors.
- Supervise virtual assistants and oversee data accuracy.
- Track insurance compliance and documentation.
- Deliver weekly performance reports and monthly P&L packages.
- Perform bookkeeping oversight and financial reconciliation.
- Maintain organized documentation in Notion and Google Drive.
- Manage a remote team of one bookkeeper and two virtual assistants.
