Responsibilities

  • Coordinate weekly payroll cycles across multiple clients.
  • Validate financial data and ensure zero payroll errors.
  • Supervise virtual assistants and oversee data accuracy.
  • Track insurance compliance and documentation.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports and monthly P&L packages.
  • Perform bookkeeping oversight and financial reconciliation.
  • Maintain organized documentation in Notion and Google Drive.
  • Manage a remote team of one bookkeeper and two virtual assistants.
