Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Pear Tree's UK market from day one
- Convert inbound opportunities into long-term client partnerships
- Build relationships with founders, executives, and business owners across the UK
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships and referral channels
- Design scalable sales processes and a repeatable go-to-market strategy
- Recruit, train, and lead future UK team members as the business grows
- Represent Pear Tree within the UK business community
