Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development, with a focus on influencer marketing
- Strong existing network across UK brands, agencies, or media
- Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and winning new accounts
- Deep understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem — platforms, creator tiers, campaign mechanics, measurement
- Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable at senior and C-suite level
- Commercially sharp, organised, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Self-directed and resilient
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Own new business development across the UK — brands, agencies, and media buyers
- Build and manage a strong pipeline from prospecting through to close
- Lead discovery calls, pitches, and proposal presentations with senior stakeholders
- Develop deep relationships with clients and position indaHash as their go-to influencer marketing partner
- Collaborate with internal strategy and campaign teams to shape solutions that meet client needs
- Stay ahead of market trends, platform developments, and competitor activity
- Track and report on pipeline, activity, and forecasts using CRM tools
