Requirements

- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including the ability to communicate credibly about industry dynamics and challenges.
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging and training materials.
- Experience working cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams.
- Strong presentation skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- A systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to connect dots across workflows, teams, and processes.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a bridge between product, marketing, and the field, translating strategy into actionable messaging and enablement.
- Building and refining training, enablement materials, and communication frameworks to support frontline teams.
- Spending significant time engaging with the field to understand real challenges, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identifying and close gaps in how the organization equips teams to sell and support customers.
- Leading or supporting training sessions and enablement programs that drive adoption of new go-to-market approaches.
- Partnering cross-functionally to ensure alignment across teams and consistency in messaging and execution.
- Contributing to evolving how the organization defines and executes go-to-market strategy over time.
