Requirements
- 3+ years of Client Facing experience.
- 3+ years of Account Management experience.
- 1+ years of Healthcare industry experience.
- Proven experience with problem solving and client services.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 24MBS download/8 MBS upload).
Responsibilities
- Provide support for the successful delivery of services to clients.
- Perform data mining, validation, sorting, and analysis.
- Design and develop client reports.
- Build relationships with internal and external staff to ensure client expectations are met.
- Identify delivery issues and provide suggested solutions.
- Develop materials for client presentations.
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop project approaches and implementation plans.
