Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success).
- Experience in B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Understanding of SaaS financial metrics such as ARR, Churn, and Upsell.
- Familiarity with contract terminology.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Experience with CS platforms like Gainsight.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage high-volume correspondence with professional executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end renewal process for assigned high-volume accounts.
- Monitor account health and usage data to identify upsell opportunities.
- Manage contract administration, amendments, and billing inquiries.
- Assess, process, and execute customer downgrade requests.
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal for commercial escalations.
- Maintain CRM hygiene for executive forecasting.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose workflow improvements.
- Drive execution against NRR and on-time renewal KPIs.
