Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success).
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Understanding of SaaS financial metrics such as ARR, Churn, and Upsell.
  • Familiarity with contract terminology.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Experience with CS platforms like Gainsight.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage high-volume correspondence with professional executive presence.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end renewal process for assigned high-volume accounts.
  • Monitor account health and usage data to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Manage contract administration, amendments, and billing inquiries.
  • Assess, process, and execute customer downgrade requests.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Legal for commercial escalations.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene for executive forecasting.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and propose workflow improvements.
  • Drive execution against NRR and on-time renewal KPIs.
