Requirements
- College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an Account Manager, Client Services, Customer Success, Project Coordination, or similar role.
- Highly proficient communicators in both spoken and written English.
- Strong client-facing professionals with excellent relationship management skills.
- Organized and highly detail-oriented.
- Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solvers who take ownership of their work.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comfortable using collaboration and communication platforms.
- Interest or experience using AI tools such as Claude is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing client accounts and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate custom apparel orders from initiation through completion while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding order updates, timelines, approvals, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer projects.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively address delays, risks, or bottlenecks.
- Resolve client concerns and operational challenges with professionalism and urgency.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support account growth.
- Maintain accurate records, project notes, and communication updates.
- Assist with order tracking, status updates, and workflow coordination.
- Utilize systems and collaboration tools to support account management activities.
