- Experience managing 10+ concurrent implementations.
- Technical self-sufficiency including reading API docs and troubleshooting integration issues.
- Proven project management skills in building milestone-driven plans.
- Experience working with global customers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage implementation risk and drive change.
- Operational rigor and accountability.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, startup-style environments.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accountability across 15ā20 concurrent implementations.
- Own project management from kickoff through go-live.
- Lead internal and external discovery to design implementation plans.
- Scope and shepherd HRIS integrations including API documentation and data mapping.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across integrations, product, and support.
- Act as a trusted advisor offering strategic workflow guidance.
- Ensure smooth handovers to Customer Success team.
- Develop and deliver customer training and enablement materials.
