Requirements

  • 1–3 years in Clinical Operations, Healthcare Ops, or a highly regulated coordination role.
  • Familiarity with the credentialing lifecycle.
  • Comfortable with clinical platforms such as Acuity or AthenaOne.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience building SOPs and documenting processes.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to learn complex licensing rules and workflows.
  • Multi-state or telehealth experience is a plus.
  • Collaborative agreement or payer enrollment experience is a bonus.
  • E-prescribing experience is helpful.
  • SQL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Clinical Leadership to execute against state-by-state licensing and DEA rules.
  • Maintain state-by-state licensing strategy to ensure clinicians hold necessary licenses.
  • Source and match CPs for NPs/PAs while maintaining compliant supervisory ratios.
  • Support the handoff from credentialing to payer enrollment.
  • Serve as primary responder for clinical technical issues and e-prescribing platforms.
  • Identify friction in the patient-to-prescriber journey and test system fixes.
  • Translate technical glitches into clear instructions for the engineering team.
  • Coordinate clinician transfers during reassignments and transitions.
  • Maintain visibility across hiring cohorts to support onboarding.
  • Identify bottleneck states where licensing lags behind patient demand.
