Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- College degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar
- At least 2-3 years of strong cash application and credit card experience
- At least 2-3 years of accounts receivable and collection experience
- Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel
Responsibilities
- Act as a team lead for Collections Coordinator roles
- Perform collections outreach for a portfolio of at least $40M
- Research and reconcile misapplied or unapplied cash
- Complete assigned month-end tasks accurately and timely
- Strategically approach customers to limit exposure and mitigate risk
- Document all collections efforts in Netsuite
- Perform daily cash application timely and with 100% accuracy
- Review customer financial position and credit-worthiness
- Work with Billing and Sales to resolve customer issues
