Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in IT, IT service management, or a related technical role.
- Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation or integration platforms.
- Scripting experience with PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Understanding of REST APIs, data structures, and core programming concepts.
- Strong grasp of IT service management concepts and workflows.
- Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver automation templates, integration templates, and conversational AI tasks using TeamDynamix iPaaS and CAI tools.
- Create end-to-end automation solutions supporting ITSM workflows such as incident management, request fulfillment, and change management.
- Translate product specifications and customer requirements into practical, working automation solutions.
- Identify opportunities for new templates based on platform capabilities, customer feedback, and emerging use cases.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for templates, including setup guides, configuration options, and troubleshooting steps.
- Create training materials, walkthroughs, and enablement resources to drive adoption across customers and internal teams.
- Perform thorough testing and quality assurance before template releases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by customers or internal stakeholders.
