Requirements
- 12+ years building and operating integration platforms, iPaaS, or API services.
- 5+ years managing engineers (including senior/staff-level ICs).
- 3+ years developing digital AI products and AI-augmented integrations.
- Proficiency with modern integration patterns (event-driven, REST/GraphQL, webhooks).
- Experience with at least one major iPaaS (e.g., Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft).
- Experience with cloud-native integration stacks (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record managing engineering platform teams.
- Experience with SOX-relevant systems and ITGC controls.
- Demonstrated ability to lead engineers across multiple time zones.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed Integration & Automation Engineering team.
- Own Oura’s Business Technology Services (BTS) and core integration platform.
- Manage Workato as the enterprise iPaaS delivery surface.
- Define and run the operating model for integrations and automation across IT.
- Establish reliability practices (observability, SLOs, incident management) for mission-critical services.
- Partner with Security, Data, and Finance to ensure SOX-relevant governance.
- Develop agentic integration patterns and AI-augmented workflows.
- Lead technical communication for integration strategy to executives and stakeholders.
