Requirements

  • 1+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (formulas and formatting).
  • Experience with claims processing or benefit card systems.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations regarding urgent customer needs.
  • Must complete a video interview assessment.

Responsibilities

  • Examine, review, and process claims or plan payments.
  • Respond to phone, email, and chat inquiries from participants and administrators.
  • Proactively engage participants and offer assistance.
  • Process financial and non-financial transactions accurately.
  • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance for all data.
  • Move between service center roles to support business needs and seasonal volume.
