Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (formulas and formatting).
- Experience with claims processing or benefit card systems.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle stressful situations regarding urgent customer needs.
- Must complete a video interview assessment.
Responsibilities
- Examine, review, and process claims or plan payments.
- Respond to phone, email, and chat inquiries from participants and administrators.
- Proactively engage participants and offer assistance.
- Process financial and non-financial transactions accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance for all data.
- Move between service center roles to support business needs and seasonal volume.
