Requirements

- Strong organization and time management abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of regional accounts
- Develop account plans and drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
- Serve as primary point of contact for customer communications and escalations
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to deliver solutions
- Monitor account health and address risks or opportunities
- Represent company at regional industry events and client workshops
