Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of regional accounts
  • Develop account plans and drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer communications and escalations
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to deliver solutions
  • Monitor account health and address risks or opportunities
  • Represent company at regional industry events and client workshops
