Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition.
  • Proven knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Native Ads platforms.
  • Strong understanding of tracking, data analysis, and KPI logic.
  • Technical proficiency in tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Structured, independent working style with a focus on testing and iterations.
  • Analytical skills with experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing page management.
  • Native-level proficiency in German.
  • Good proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for performance marketing channels including Paid Social, SEA, and Native Ads.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize data-driven campaigns across the entire marketing funnel.
  • Analyze KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Content, and Tech departments to enhance lead quality.
  • Optimize landing pages and user journeys for improved performance.
  • Contribute to the evolution of marketing strategy through continuous testing of creatives, audiences, and messaging.
  • Engage with tracking, attribution, and marketing automation systems.
