Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition.
- Proven knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Native Ads platforms.
- Strong understanding of tracking, data analysis, and KPI logic.
- Technical proficiency in tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Structured, independent working style with a focus on testing and iterations.
- Analytical skills with experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing page management.
- Native-level proficiency in German.
- Good proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for performance marketing channels including Paid Social, SEA, and Native Ads.
- Develop, manage, and optimize data-driven campaigns across the entire marketing funnel.
- Analyze KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Content, and Tech departments to enhance lead quality.
- Optimize landing pages and user journeys for improved performance.
- Contribute to the evolution of marketing strategy through continuous testing of creatives, audiences, and messaging.
- Engage with tracking, attribution, and marketing automation systems.
