Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (end-to-end or BPO).
- Experience with stakeholder management and client-facing interactions.
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in any related course.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Slack, and digital collaboration tools.
- Advanced Boolean search skills.
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing.
- Hardware: 8GB RAM, Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, 40Mbps internet, noise-cancelling headset.
- Must have backup computer and internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Review resumes and screen candidates matching job descriptions.
- Schedule and conduct interviews based on client qualifications.
- Perform mock calls and script readings with candidates.
- Endorse candidates for specialized or hard-to-fill roles.
- Coach applicants on areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments on hiring needs.
