Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in partner success, account management, customer success, or community management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Technically proficient as a software user and platform administrator.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines.
- Collaborative and service-oriented.
- Proactive and self-directed.
- Willingness to travel to industry events and the annual conference.
- Experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
- Experience in the clinical research industry is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the relationship with newly enrolled CRIO Site Partners through onboarding to launch.
- Evaluate Partners against qualification requirements.
- Ensure Partner Directory profiles are accurate and complete.
- Educate Partners on program benefits and best practices.
- Drive integration activities including sandbox setup and API provisioning.
- Maintain regular touchpoints with Partners to assess satisfaction.
- Develop and execute co-marketing activities like webinars, email features, and social spotlights.
- Coordinate logistics and partner participation for the annual CRIO Connect Conference.
