Requirements
- Active, current Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and approachable interpersonal style.
- Proven track record of partnering closely with client-facing or account management teams.
- Sharp, articulate verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Hands-on proficiency in project management software (Excel, MS Project, Asana, or similar).
Responsibilities
- Independently assess complex client needs, architect comprehensive project plans, and maintain ultimate accountability for successful project delivery.
- Work in tandem with the Client Success team, intentionally engaging CSMs regularly and including them on recurring client calls to position them as the primary relationship managers.
- Collaborate with CSMs to ensure project delivery seamlessly transitions into long-term value creation and expected ROI for ClassWallet clients.
- Successfully manage "projects within projects," balancing interconnected workstreams and navigating multi-layered dependencies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple third-party vendors and foster collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Maintain rigorous oversight of project timelines, resources, and deliverables using tools like Asana and MS Project.
