Requirements
- 5+ years of related project or program management experience.
- Expertise in managing cross-functional budgets and forecasting.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects with interdependent tasks.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Experience with process, systems, or technology-enabled transformation.
- Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain and P2P functions (preferred).
- Experience leading AI, automation, or analytics initiatives (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI governance, risk assessment, and privacy impacts (preferred).
- Experience in large, matrixed organizations (preferred).
- PMP, Agile, or similar certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan and manage implementation of activities for complex projects.
- Act as AI Project Owner, ensuring progress through risk and governance processes.
- Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and distribute status reports.
- Identify and manage risks, impacts, and alternatives.
- Define KPIs and process standards in partnership with staff organizations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management standards.
- Mentor and lead peers within the project team.
