- Strong program and project management discipline
- Risk, issue, and dependency management skills
- Ability to translate complex information into executive-ready insights
- Comfort influencing without authority
- Skilled facilitator of cross-functional discussions and deal reviews
Responsibilities
- Own the overall presales program lifecycle for assigned Front Door opportunities
- Lead structured deal reviews, working sessions, and leadership checkpoints
- Coordinate across multiple workstreams to ensure cohesive execution
- Drive Front Door governance standards for intake, review, and decision-making
- Identify and mitigate execution risks and dependency conflicts
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams
- Contribute to the evolution of the Front Door operating model
- Standardize presales program management artifacts and workflows
