Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of state agency partners.
- Monitor state partner performance against Gateway utilization targets and contractual obligations.
- Lead structured check-ins and program reviews with state contacts.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve program issues and support state partner goals.
- Maintain accurate program documentation and track risk signals across portfolio.
- Contribute to team-level process improvements and best practices.
