Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in account and project management implementing client programs.
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional implementations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, Project).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in project/task management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of client program implementations, including discovery, planning, execution, and closure.
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, deliverables, and status reports.
  • Partner with internal teams and third parties to design and deliver solutions.
  • Facilitate data and workflow reviews to uncover risks and validate requirements.
  • Drive client onboarding and program go-lives.
  • Identify and execute cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Establish and implement scalable processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes.
  • Maintain visibility into organizational priorities.
  • Serve as a consultative partner and advocate for both the client and MBO teams.
