Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in account and project management implementing client programs.
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional implementations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, Project).
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Proficiency in project/task management tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of client program implementations, including discovery, planning, execution, and closure.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, deliverables, and status reports.
- Partner with internal teams and third parties to design and deliver solutions.
- Facilitate data and workflow reviews to uncover risks and validate requirements.
- Drive client onboarding and program go-lives.
- Identify and execute cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish and implement scalable processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes.
- Maintain visibility into organizational priorities.
- Serve as a consultative partner and advocate for both the client and MBO teams.
