Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management or related experience building B2B cloud products.
- Experience growing a team of product managers.
- Experience with highly technical, multi-workstream product launches.
- Strong communication and pitching skills for leadership and partners.
- Ability to drive deep customer relationships and work with exec-level stakeholders.
- Ability to build highly leveraged products.
- Experience prioritizing robust workstreams into cohesive, incremental releases.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the strategy and roadmap of Twilio’s phone number products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Legal, and the rest of Communications Product teams.
- Launch innovative phone number products from the infrastructure layer up.
- Lead critical new initiatives for Twilio that open up new markets.
- Act as the voice of the customer in every conversation and decision.
- Manage a global team of product managers and mentor them to succeed.
