Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in software engineering.
- Emphasis on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Typescript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Ability to identify trade-offs and consider them in decision-making.
- Effective at async and online communication.
- Experience with production-ready code, testing, logging, metrics, and alerts.
- DevOps experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to build business-critical features.
- Ship production-ready code that’s easy to iterate on.
- Work across the stack to deliver features (Typescript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS).
- Participate in roadmap discussions and technical design reviews.
- Proactively fix production and development issues.
- Contribute to a culture of reflection and continuous improvement.
