Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Startup experience (0–50 employees) building products from the ground up
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript
- Experience with web frameworks (React, Node.js) and strong SQL skills
- Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or workflow automation
- Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders
- Product mindset and demonstrated ability to ship incrementally
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with GTM systems or modern data stack tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Build and ship applications that accelerate Vanta's GTM efforts
- Own the full product lifecycle: prototype, iterate, ship, and maintain solutions
- Partner closely with Sales, Technical Success, and Revenue Operations
- Apply AI and modern technologies to systematize and automate GTM workflows
- Design, develop, and maintain internal-facing web applications and AI-driven agents
- Ship reliable, maintainable systems with technical documentation, monitoring, and testing
- Translate learnings from customer-facing work into feedback for product teams
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and AI platforms
