Requirements
- Experience building and deploying agentic workflows in production environments.
- Experience managing the constraints of reliability, orchestration, evaluation, and governance for AI agents.
- Fluent in development patterns using tools like Claude Code, Claude Cowork, OpenAI Codex, OpenClaw, or NemoClaw.
- Strong technical foundation including SQL, Python, data modeling, and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience operating in complex, cross-functional environments and influencing leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes via AI/ML products.
- Systems thinking ability to connect units of work into orchestrated, scalable intelligence layers.
Responsibilities
- Develop starter kits and accelerator kits to enable agentic execution.
- Roadmap and build agentic systems by identifying opportunities with business teams.
- Own workstreams across the delivery workflow to turn strategic vision into execution.
- Shape Growth Intelligence integration by making business context actionable by agents.
- Measure and communicate impact, success criteria, and ROI to leadership.
