  • Support the Workday Financials system across all modules including Financial Accounting, Banking & Settlement, Customer Accounts, Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Business Assets, Employee Expenses, Projects, and Reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point person for support tickets, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain and update master data, reports, business processes, and security assignments.
