Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in delivery management, technical account management, pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical product management
- Technical background in software engineering, QA, or related field
- Ability to perform project manager functions across all lifecycle phases
- Experience managing multiple Agile teams
- Deep understanding and experience with Agile practices and frameworks
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Service/client-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Responsibilities
- Participate in pre-sales and client discussions to define delivery processes
- Ensure high-quality delivery during business development and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with Account Managers on budget and margin management (GM, EV analysis)
- Engage with clients to define business cases, metrics, and success criteria
- Monitor, control, and analyze the project delivery lifecycle
- Standardize processes and drive continuous improvement
- Manage risks and provide recommendations for process optimization
- Propose innovative technological solutions for client business problems
- Resource planning, allocation, and cross-functional team management
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through coaching
