Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant commercial experience in product, application, or production support.
- Experience supporting external clients in SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and log analysis.
- Working knowledge of SQL for investigations and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Client-focused, proactive, and structured problem-solving approach.
- Exposure to Financial Services or Capital Markets is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex production issues across global product suite.
- Conduct root-cause analysis across distributed systems, databases, and microservices.
- Develop and optimize SQL scripts and Python-based utilities.
- Monitor production environments and take proactive corrective action.
- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for reliability improvements.
- Contribute to release validation and post-deployment testing.
- Maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Identify recurring issues for automation and process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to operational risk controls and audit requirements.
