Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the Indian market
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and hiring best practices
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Good understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing (preferred)
Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles (preferred)
Knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance practices (preferred)

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, networking, and external agencies
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for suitability across open roles
Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a smooth communication flow between candidates and hiring teams
Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, from engagement to final decision
Manage offer processes including negotiation of compensation, benefits, and joining timelines
Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality
Support compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and ethical hiring standards
Contribute to employer branding initiatives through marketing content and recruitment campaigns
Support onboarding activities to ensure seamless integration of new hires
