Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the Indian market
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and hiring best practices
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Good understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing (preferred)
- Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles (preferred)
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance practices (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, networking, and external agencies
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for suitability across open roles
- Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a smooth communication flow between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, from engagement to final decision
- Manage offer processes including negotiation of compensation, benefits, and joining timelines
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality
- Support compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and ethical hiring standards
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives through marketing content and recruitment campaigns
- Support onboarding activities to ensure seamless integration of new hires
