Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare staffing
- Strong understanding of healthcare roles such as physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and candidate engagement
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment processes
- Familiarity with job boards, sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms
- Strong negotiation and offer management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong focus on compliance and documentation
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals across clinical and non-clinical roles
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients to understand staffing needs
- Create and post job advertisements across job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide ongoing support throughout the hiring process
- Manage offer negotiation, including salary discussions and compensation alignment
- Support onboarding of selected candidates to ensure a smooth transition into roles
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and internal policies
