Requirements

  • Experience in candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment processes
  • Familiarity with job boards, sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms
  • Strong negotiation and offer management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong focus on compliance and documentation
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and candidates

Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals across clinical and non-clinical roles
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients to understand staffing needs
  • Create and post job advertisements across job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide ongoing support throughout the hiring process
  • Manage offer negotiation, including salary discussions and compensation alignment
  • Support onboarding of selected candidates to ensure a smooth transition into roles
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and internal policies
