Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in contingent workforce recruiting, staffing delivery, or talent acquisition within the India market.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environments with strong delivery focus.
  • Hands-on expertise in sourcing and hiring for technical, IT, engineering, or professional roles.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting junior recruiters or recruitment teams.
  • Strong understanding of India hiring practices, compensation benchmarks, notice periods, and offer negotiation strategies.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and talent databases.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality, speed, and accuracy in delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for contingent workforce and staffing needs across multiple client requirements in the India market.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical, IT, engineering, and professional roles while ensuring strong delivery outcomes.
  • Partner with hiring managers and delivery stakeholders to ensure timely closure of requisitions and alignment on talent needs.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters, supporting their development in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment execution.
  • Drive improvements in recruitment processes, enhancing efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
  • Manage offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and candidate acceptance processes to improve joining ratios.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
  • Track recruitment metrics, identify gaps, and implement action plans to improve delivery performance.
