Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience.
  • Strong experience in technical solutions engineering, professional services, customer-facing technical consulting, or enterprise SaaS support roles.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
  • Experience in at least one additional programming language including JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Java, C#, Rust, SQL, or similar.
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data, REST APIs, integrations, and data transformation processes.
  • Hands-on experience integrating enterprise software platforms using APIs or custom point-to-point integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong requirements gathering, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.
  • Proven experience within enterprise software, B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or GRC-focused organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead post-sales onboarding and implementation activities to ensure customers achieve production readiness and long-term platform adoption.
  • Support deployments across diverse environments including Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and enterprise infrastructures.
  • Conduct solution workshops with customers to gather requirements, define technical objectives, and recommend scalable implementation strategies.
  • Develop Python scripts and custom integrations to support data migration, automation, and interoperability with external platforms and commercial tools.
  • Create, maintain, and document integration scripts, APIs, and technical workflows to support extensibility and customer-specific use cases.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations, solution presentations, and training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer requirements, validate new features, and contribute to product improvements.
  • Enable Customer Success teams by developing technical documentation, hands-on exercises, product examples, and educational resources.
  • Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure strong customer satisfaction and platform utilization.
  • Identify opportunities to increase adoption, expand customer usage, and improve long-term customer outcomes through technical guidance and strategic engagement.
